The company’s directors Nick and Tom Emmett have been immersed in the industry from an early age and have thus honed the know-how and hands-on expertise to execute a vast array of projects. We’re excited to share the completion of our latest project at 915 Marion Road, Mitchell Park — a new home for Hertz Truck and Car Rentals.

Emmett acquired the former Marion Sand and Metals site, one of the last remaining development opportunities along Marion Road’s prime southern retail strip.

As part of the first stage of our redevelopment of the site, we’ve delivered a turnkey solution for Hertz on approximately 2,300sqm of land — featuring a brand-new office, truck and car yard, and a fully equipped vehicle wash facility.

A big thank you to the Hertz team — it was a pleasure working with you and we’re proud to have delivered a high-quality outcome.
