One of the biggest fears I hear from first home buyers isn’t whether they can buy.

It’s 👉🏽 “What if I get it wrong?”

And that’s a valid fear.

Research has found that 45% of Australian first home buyers who purchased in the last 12 months regret buying.

That’s exactly why I don’t believe the goal is to buy the “right” first home.

It’s to feel confident that you’re making the right decision for you - based on your goals, your needs, values, and financial situation. And I really want that for you.

No one wants to make a massive financial decision - like buying a property - whilst second-guessing and being consumed by fear and doubt.

You want to feel empowered, informed and ready.

So hit Follow for practical home-buying guidance that helps you make confident decisions, not emotional-charged (possibly regret later) ones 💛

Three days in Daylesford with these incredible humans… What an amazing experience 🥹❤️ feel so grateful and grounded post retreat.

For the opportunity to switch off and slow down. To listen and reflect. And to connect - not just with each other, but with ourselves.

One of the big reminders I’ve taken away from this retreat is how powerful it is to be seen.

Not for what you do.
Not for what you’ve achieved.
Not for how productive, capable or successful you are.

But for simply being who you are.

Because life gets busy, and sometimes we become so focused on moving forward that we forget to pause long enough to hear our own thoughts, feel our own feelings, and ask ourselves what we actually need.

This retreat reminded me that there is so much wisdom available to us, when we go inward and create space for it.

And that slowing down isn’t falling behind.

Sometimes it’s exactly what helps us move forward with greater clarity, intention and trust.

It reminded me of the strength that comes from community.

Of what becomes possible when people come together, hold space for one another, share openly, listen deeply, and choose connection over competition 🩷

To - thank you. For who you are and the gifts and magic you bring to the world 🥰

And to all you beautiful Queens who shared, supported, laughed, cried, listened and showed up fully, thank you - you’re amazing. Beyond grateful for you all 💖

What a privilege it is to sit at this table ♟️👑❤️ xx

May Recap time! 🌻
May was the month of the letter M…

Mountain biking, mother’s day, monopoly, masterclass, and memory making (and a lot of jewellery making too 😅)

Looking back through these pics, feeling grateful for the people, experiences and opportunities that filled the month.

And also slightly stunned that we’re already in June. I mean seriouosly, where is this time going?!

I hope your May was marvellous too 💖 and if not, June is a new month my love! So bring on the joy for everyone in June please universe. Please and thank you in advance 😘

What are you calling in for yourself this coming month? Drop it in the comments and let me know xx

Truths that helped me buy my first home 🏡

Nothing flashy on this list. Just the beliefs I stand by. And the reasons why home ownership was possible for me (and is for you too).

Save this for the day you need a reminder 🤗

The budget dropped last night and I know some first home buyers woke up this morning feeling rattled.

Like things just got harder.
Like the goalposts moved again.
Like everyone else somehow knows what they’re doing except you.

So I wanted to share 3 questions that can help bring you back to solid ground.

Because there’s a lot of noise online right now.
A lot of fear.
A lot of commentary.

And not all of it deserves access to your mind.

I want you to remember this:

It is still possible. 🏡

Your pathway might look different to someone else’s.
It might take strategy, patience, and a bit of creativity.

But different doesn’t mean impossible.

Comment MASTERCLASS and I’ll send you the link to my free online masterclass on Sunday 24 May 🤍

A long weekend well spent 🥰

Kings Beach, Caloundra has become one of our favourite places to escape to! It’s amazing for family time, connection, a reset & recharge.

This weekend, we loved exploring the markets, soaking up the atmosphere, and coming home with some amazing goodies - including the most gorgeous flamingo earrings 🦩

Rock pools every afternoon 🌅 and a very serious debate about whether that one rock was a turtle or a dinosaur (what do you think? We need a tiebreaker!) 🐢🦕😅

One morning we climbed up to the Wild Horse Mountain Lookout. It started as a walk, but soon turned it into a race because the kids were NOT going to let the parents win… Works every time 😉

Then throw in some puzzle time, card games, plenty of reading, tree climbing & park plays, fish and chips, salty air, ocean dips, sandcastles, and slow mornings with nowhere else to be… our kinda weekend. Just love taking time out together 💖 Hope you had a beautiful weekend too x

Save this one, my love. 📌

These are the 5 tools I shared with my sister when she was stuck, overwhelmed, and convinced buying her first home in London was going to take forever.

I call them the 3 R’s and the 2 U’s. They’re not strategies or checklists. They’re ways of being - tools you can reach for when the journey gets bumpy.

Because it will get bumpy. That’s just part of it. But bumpy doesn’t mean stopped.

Save this for the next time you need a reminder. And share it with someone who needs it today🧡
