We are a growing accounting and tax practice in Margaret River, WA, looking for a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team!

πŸ”Ή Start part-time & transition to full-time as our practice expands.
πŸ”Ή Salary: $28–$34 per hour (depending on experience).

✨ Key Responsibilities:
βœ… General admin support to the team
βœ… Managing client communications (phone & email)
βœ… Scheduling appointments & maintaining calendars
βœ… Data entry & document management
βœ… Assisting with client onboarding & record maintenance
βœ… Liaising with the ATO & other relevant bodies

πŸ’Ό What We’re Looking For:
βœ” Strong organisational & time management skills
βœ” Excellent written & verbal communication
βœ” Attention to detail & ability to work independently
βœ” Experience in a professional office environment (accounting/finance experience is a plus!)
βœ” Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Xero Practice Manager & admin tools
