We’re an established bookkeeping firm with a reputation for accuracy, integrity, and friendly service. As our client base continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our close-knit team.
About the Role:
• Casual or Part-time position: We have a client in Mulgrave needing our services 2 days per week to start asap, plus there is plenty of opportunity to grow with other new clients and supporting the rest of the team
• Work both from home and on-site with clients – we value personal connection and hands-on service so the ability to visit a client on-site is essential
• Be part of a supportive, friendly environment where your skills and initiative are appreciated
About You:
✔️ We need you to hit the ground running so you need to have a minimum 3 years’ bookkeeping experience
✔️ Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (essential)
✔️ Must be confident using MYOB AccountRight (essential) and preferably have experience with Xero and QuickBooks
✔️ Great communicator, detail-oriented, and reliable
✔️ Have experience with Payroll, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
