14,500 Australians set up an SMSF in just 90 days.

That’s the strongest first quarter growth since 2012.

Meanwhile, SMSFs now hold $1.07 trillion
24% of Australia’s entire $4.47 trillion super system.

That isn’t a trend.
That’s a shift.

So where is the money going?

Property.
ETFs.
Some crypto.
And a LOT of cash sitting while strategies are being formed.

And here’s what’s fascinating…

The average new trustee is 47!
Gen X and Millennials now dominate new SMSF establishments.

This isn’t retirees tinkering with super.

Yes, you can buy overseas property in your SMSF.

But can your auditor verify:
• Title in the fund’s exact name
• Independent annual valuations
• Reliable overseas documentation

Possible? Yes.
Simple? No.

Compliance isn’t optional…. get advice and plan it before you sign.
