📢 Important Update: QuickBooks Legacy Bank Feeds Are Ending

QuickBooks is moving to Open Banking, Australia's new, more secure standard for bank feeds under the Consumer Data Right (CDR).

From 18 August to 3 December 2026, all legacy bank feeds will be progressively disconnected.

Key dates:
📅 18 Aug – All other banks
📅 1 Sep – NAB
📅 15 Sep – Bank of Melbourne, St George, Bendigo, Suncorp, BankSA, Bankwest, Macquarie & BOQ
📅 18 Nov – Westpac
📅 24 Nov – ANZ
📅 3 Dec – CBA

✅ To avoid interruptions, reconnect your bank feed using Open Banking before your bank's disconnection date.

When viewing your Bank Transactions page, you may see a "MIGRATE NOW" prompt. Before you begin, make sure you've coded all existing bank feed transactions and carefully follow the migration instructions.

Not sure if you've already migrated? Simply check your bank accounts on the Bank Transactions page -
if they display Open Banking, you're all set!

If you have any questions or need help with the transition, just reach out, we’re here to support you every step of the way!

Is your business lodging its BAS on time?

If you're registered for GST, your Business Activity Statement (BAS) is a non-negotiable every quarter, and, the ATO is paying attention.

Your BAS brings together three key obligations in a single lodgement:

→ GST collected and paid
→ PAYG withholding (tax withheld from employee wages)
→ PAYG instalments (prepayments toward your own income tax)

Miss a deadline and penalties can stack up fast. Stay on top of it and it's simply part of running a well-organised business.

We've broken down everything you need to know in our latest blog.

Find out everything you need to know about BAS lodgement in Australia, what’s included, when it’s due, what happens if you miss it, and how T3 can help.

Most Australian business owners don't realise it's a legal requirement to update your ABN details within 28 days of any change — and the consequences of not doing it can be costly.

We're talking missed grants, failed identity checks, and clients questioning your credibility when they search your ABN on the public lookup tool.

If any of these sound familiar, it's time for a quick check:
✅ Moved premises recently?
✅ Changed your phone number or email?
✅ Updated who can act on your behalf?
✅ Changed your business structure?

The good news — it takes less than 10 minutes online.

Read our latest blog for a step-by-step walkthrough — or reach out and we'll sort it for you as your registered BAS agent.

Need to update ABN details? Learn what to change, how to do it online in 6 simple steps, and what happens if you don't notify the ABR within 28 days.
