Imagine this but with extra disco balls (I didn’t put them on until I was at work) 😆

So beyond blessed to make the cake for Fenwick Collective’s 4th birthday 🫶🏻 We’re all a bunch of foodies so with full creative freedom this became a raspberry vanilla sponge, filled with layers of jam, pistachio spread & a whipped white chocolate ganache 🥰

Sooooo in love with this cake design & combo - lemon raspberry cake filled with raspberry jam & wrapped in a white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream!

A moment for the Gradu-ATE’s of last week 🎓 This was made for some of the smartest people I know, super proud of you 🫶🏻

Obviously had to make it extra yummy too! Vanilla cake filled with a layer milk chocolate ganache, a layer of extra thick salted caramel cookie, topped with a pool of caramel and wrapped in vanilla swiss meringue buttercream 🥰
