We are pleased to announce the opening of Stamford Capital’s Perth office, marking a significant milestone in our national expansion.

The Perth office will be led by Andrew Dilorito, a respected WA finance broker. Andrew will be joined by Mark Mackenzie, who brings over 14 years of experience in finance and banking.

Although Stamford Capital has been transacting in Western Australia for several years, our new on-the-ground presence in Perth will enable us to better service our clients and address opportunities unique to the West Coast.

Congratulations are in order for Stamford’s Executive Director, , who has been shortlisted as an excellence awardee in the Broker of the Year - Commercial category for the Australian Mortgage Awards 2024.

Stamford Capital has also been shortlisted for Brokerage of the Year (>20 staff).

This year, Bill achieved his goal of writing over $1 billion in loan volume and helped Stamford achieve over $2.5 billion in settlements for FY24.
