In 45 days, it’s possible you can no longer buy residential properties within your self managed superfund if you need to finance it.

For now, it appears Commercial properties are not impacted but this is still not guaranteed.

If you got SMSF or thinking to establish one to control on own retirement savings, you need to have a proper investment strategy in place with this new regulation coming into place!

So… 8 weeks ago, the most beautiful thing happened in our little family where we welcomed our Baby boy 🫶

These past few weeks have been SO special for us, that all my time was just focusing on him & recovering myself.

That doesn’t stop my mind running over 100 miles per min on how things are with the business & our clients.

Above Advisory is our second baby after all!

This phase has been so different from what I’ve planned for & imagined but I won’t change a thing.

I’m SO loving this motherhood yet it’s also the most challenging phase I’ve been through.
