General information
Inspiral Crafts terms and conditions: Payment: Payment must be made within a week of the item being sold, unless you have contacted me and we have made other arrangements. I accept direct deposit for Australian orders and paypal for international. I will contact you with payment details shortly after you have made a purchase. I will send you a printed receipt of payment with your purchase and am also happy to e-mail one to you on request. Layby: These conditions apply to standard items only. If you have requested a custom item be made, please read the section ‘Custom Order Layby Terms and Conditions’ below. 1. The total purchase order must be of $40 or more. 2. The layby must be finalised by the date given on your invoice. This date varies depending on the total purchase cost. If regular payments have been made, this date may be extended. Please email me ([email protected]) to discuss. 3. A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase cost including postage and handling, or $20 (whichever is more) is required for all laybys. 4. This deposit should be received no later than 5 days after the order has been placed. Your layby period starts from when the deposit is received. 5. Payments should be made at least every 14 days throughout the term of your layby period. 6. If you cancel your layby you forfeit your deposit. All other payments will be refunded. 7. If the remaining balance of your layby has not been paid by the final date given on your invoice, and I haven’t received any word from you, the layby will be connsidered cancelled. The deposit will be forfeited, but all other payments will be refunded Custom Creation Layby: These conditions apply to custom order items. These conditions also apply for orders which contain standard and custom order items. For details on standard layby terms and conditions, please read the section 'Layby Terms and Conditions' above. 1. The total purchase order must be of $40 or more. 2. This deposit may be payed as part of the regular payment schedule. I will not begin making the item until 50% of the total purchase cost (including P&H) has been received. 4. This deposit (or first payment of deposit) should be received no later than 5 days after the order has been placed. Your layby period starts from when the deposit is received. 5. Payments should be made at least every 14 days throughout the term of your layby period. 6. If you cancel your custom order layby you forfeit your deposit (50% of the total purchase cost). All other payments will be refunded. 7. If the remaining balance of your custom order layby has not been paid by the final date given on your invoice, and I haven’t received any word from you, the layby will be considered cancelled. 50% of the total purchase cost will be forfeited, but all other payments will be refunded Postage: I usually post once a week on a Saturday morning. Occasionally I will post on another day as well. If you need a creation urgently get in contact and I may be able to post sooner for you. Shipping: Within Australia: Express $10 International: Calculated on a need basis I only post registered or express to keep your creations safe during the postage process. I take all care when packaging and sending your item/s but please be aware that once it is given to the post office it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for any breakages, damage or loss of items in the mail. If your item isn't delivered in a reasonable time-frame and you don't usually have problems with delivery please contact me and I will do my best to find out what has happened. As a seller, I don't want my pieces to go missing in the mail any more then you do. All my items can be shipped worldwide, unless otherwise stated. If you live in an area which has problems with reliable delivery or if you have had parcels go missing before please contact me about having your purchase shipped via registered mail. If you choose to ship via registered post please be aware that this will incur a higher postage cost which will be calculated on a purchase by purchase basis. Finally, I will not be responsible for any issues with customs restrictions or taxes. If you think that there will be a problem with either of these please contact me prior to sending payment so we can work it all out. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. If you have any questions or require further clarification or information please don't hesitate to contact me. Refunds and Exchanges: Please be sure of what you buy when you buy from my store because I don't offer refunds or exchanges. If there is a problem with your item please contact me! As mentioned in my Shipping Policy, I will take all care when packaging and sending your item/s but once it is given to the post office it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for any breakages, damage or loss of items in the mail. Unfortunately once things are in transit they are simply out of my control. If you are concerned about your item being lost please contact me for information on registered post. Communication: [email protected] Please feel free to contact me with any queries or questions or if you need some clarification or confirmation or just some more information. (I know, I'm a poet...) I endeavour to answer any communication within 48 hours although it will usually be less then that. If you need answers please contact me before buying and/or sending payment to try and keep everything less confusing, although you should feel free to contact me at any time. Policies: All of my policies are clear and direct so that there can be no confusion, if there are any points on which you would like clarification or further information please do not hesitate to contact me. My policies are there to protect both myself and you the buyer from any misunderstanding during a transaction, they were created with the best interest of all parties in mind. Please be aware that my policies are not up for negotiation. If you don't like or agree with my policies, don't buy from me. I'm a fairly easy going person who is more than happy to work things out so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in contact.
