The 2026 Melbourne Knife Show is looking to be a great event showcasing the work of members of the Australian Knifemakers Guild. Dedicated to preserving, developing and promoting the art of knifemaking, the show is set to featuring some of the top custom makers in the country.

Shawn McIntyre of forges world-class cutting tools out of his workshop based in Melbourne. An ABS accredited Mastersmith, Shawn's knives are carfted to the highest possible standards, from creating his own damascus, performing heat treatment in-house, and testing every blade, Shawn's knives are works of art, both in aesthetics and performance. A long serving member of the Australian Knifemakers Guild, and instrumental in bring you the Melbourne Knife Shows, we’re looking forward to seeing what Shawn brings to this year's show.

The 2026 Melbourne Knife Show is looking to be a great event showcasing the work of members of the Australian Knifemakers Guild. Dedicated to preserving, developing and promoting the art of knifemaking, the show is set to featuring some of the top custom makers in the country.

Jackson Rumble of has been making knives since 2008, in that time refining his craft, teaching classes and inspiring other makers. In 2023 Jackson obtained his ABS Mastersmith Smith accreditation, also winning the BR Hughes Award for the best submitted knives from all applicants that year. Jackson's knives have a reputation for clean lines, stunning damascus in random, mosaics and feather patterns and flawless fit and finish. From high end chef's knives, showpiece daggers and functional hunters, we're definitely looking forward to seeing what Jackson brings to this year's Show.

The 2026 Melbourne Knife Show is looking to be a great event showcasing the work of members of the Australian Knifemakers Guild. Dedicated to preserving, developing and promoting the art of knifemaking, the show is set to featuring some of the top custom makers in the country.

Long serving Guild Member Bruce Barnett of Barnett Custom Knives is making the trip from W.A. to attend this year's show. An ABS accredited Journeyman Smith, Bruce's knives are sought after world wide for their quality of work, design, materials and Bruce's stunning patterned damascus steels. As well as attending all the major knife shows throughout Australia and America, Bruce is passionate about inspiring others and promoting the craft of knifemaking with his involvement in the Guild and the Australian Knife Art Association. We know there will be some stunning pieces on Bruce's table this weekend!
