Scaffold work complete and the scaff has been dropped in record time at Mudjimba. As always - a great milestone.

Big week at Mudjimba.

This is a house we build nearly a decade ago, that we are back to add some size too. We are removing the raftered patio roof and replacing it with upper level living area. This gives the owners a new master bedroom and en-suite, with what used to be the bedroom being converted into a second living area/parents retreat.

Arthur came out to this site when he was a toddler, so it was famed that he would have a sick day and site visit all these years later.

Trusses arrived today, and will go up next week along with scaffold, with roof going on the following Monday.

Always a lovely milestone when we get to drop the scaffold. The lads from Star took away the ground up scaff today, finally giving us a good look at the facade. Loving how this one is coming together. Sits beautifully on the block, and fits the vibes of Boreen Point perfectly.

Meanwhile inside the plastering has been finished, waterproofing done, and the .carpentry lads have completed the fixout.

All coming together at Boreen Point. Lads finished the cladding today, insulation went in yesterday, and plastering is underway.

Painters are booked to start tomorrow so we can knock over all the high bits, and we can get the scaffold out of the way.
