Supply and Demand Zones:
In technical analysis, traders often identify
supply and demand zone.

Supply zones :
Areas where selling pressure is strong and prices tend to fall.

Demand zones :
Areas where buying pressure is strong and prices tend to rise.

These zones are based on historical price action and the idea that at certain price levels, there is a significant imbalance between supply and demand.

Base Currency: The base currency is the first currency listed in a currency pair.
Quote Currency: The quote currency is the second currency listed in a currency pair.

* Example: In the EUR/USD pair, EUR (Euro) is the base currency. The exchange rate tells you how many US dollars (USD) are needed to buy one Euro. If EUR/USD = 1.20, it means that 1 Euro can be bought for 1.20 US dollars.

How Currency Pairs Work:
1. When you buy a currency pair, you are essentially buying the base currency and selling the quote currency.
2. When you sell a currency pair, you are selling the base currency and buying the quote currency.
