Shamim is known for being the "steady hand" in the room. He is remarkably calm, composed and has a unique knack for getting the job done, no matter how complex the task or what is thrown his way. Recently, he has played a pivotal role in our massive workforce expansion.
Shamim has been instrumental in bringing several talented individuals into our Engineering and Data teams. He specifically took on the challenge of hiring for high-level, hard-to-fill roles that we’ve hired externally for the first time including Software Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer.

Today we celebrate 7 years of having Eugene being a part of the Marketplace Provider Team. While seven years is an impressive feat on its own, what Eugene has done for our LTE offering this past 3 quarters truly defines his value. He turned the often chaotic recruitment process into a well-oiled machine of efficiency. He has shown the incredible ability to take raw work orders and transform them into a curated stream of quality candidates that our Buyers can trust.

Beyond the numbers, your character stands out. Personally managing hundreds of communications and ensuring every provider feels respected even when they are turned down for a position. This is exactly why our LTE offering stands out in the industry. Others also assist in the LTE program's success; I'm just glad that you are part of that backbone of support.
