FinBridge 360 Limited announced a competitive loan facility for importers using Letters of Credit (LC) during a meeting on August 23, 2023, at the Chittagong Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CWCCI).

The Managing Director emphasized their commitment to supporting women entrepreneurs. CWCCI's Vice-President, Shamim Morshed, highlighted benefits for import-dependent entrepreneurs. The event was chaired by Vice-President Shima Khatun.

"Interest rate caps to continue"

Bangladesh Bank (BB) governor Abdur Rouf Talukder has hinted at the continuation of the interest-rate caps on term and working-capital loans, at least, for the next six months. This is not the time to change the rate caps. We might review it later , Mr Talukder told the Monetary Policy Consultation....
