Dear Clients and Friends,
I hope this message finds you enjoying the sunshine and all the good moments summer brings.
This season has been one of joy (Our son Damien's Graduation) and also reflection for me and my family. My dad passed away in June, and while it has been a difficult time, we are so thankful he had his Will and Power of Attorney in place.
It made an overwhelming situation much more manageable and allowed us to focus on honoring his wishes and supporting each other.
It was a powerful reminder that having these documents isn’t just about legal paperwork—it’s about caring for the people you love.
If you haven’t yet prepared or reviewed your Will and Power of Attorney, I encourage you to set aside some time this summer to do so.
A Will ensures your estate is handled the way you intend. A POA ensures someone you trust can make important decisions if you’re ever unable to.
Having the correct beneficiaries set up on your accounts can save you more time, taxes and headaches.
Moreover, joint ownership is also great to have on certain accounts to avoid delays.
Taking these steps now is a simple but meaningful way to protect your family’s well-being and bring peace of mind—no matter what life brings.
If you’d like help getting started or a referral to a professional who can guide you, I’m here for you.
Wishing you a safe and restful summer, full of good memories and the comfort of knowing your plans are in place.
