Crystal Hawryluk, President of Merit Valuations, is proud to serve as a judge for the upcoming , a national case competition hosted by CBV Institute that brings together top university students from across Canada. This will be Crystal's third year as a judge and she is always impressed with the quality of the presentations and solutions proposed by the students.

This event is a unique opportunity for students to apply their classroom learning to real-world valuation cases, gain exposure to the profession, and connect directly with industry leaders.

Our journey began with a desire to empower owner-managed businesses and individuals facing intricate financial challenges. Crystal's experience as a valuations partner at an international accounting firm provided invaluable insights and inspired her to embark on her entrepreneurial path. Merit Valuations was established on August 1, 2018, initially operating as Hawryluk Valuations Professional Corporation. We proudly embraced the name Merit Valuations Professional Corporation on August 1, 2022.
