In search of someone who would interested in investing in a short-term real estate Lease-to-Own contract. I have a potential client looking to move to NB from ON and needs someone to purchase and rent the house to them for 1 year as they need time to get re established with their jobs. Purchase price is (asking) $260k in rural NB and they have a down payment ready. You will need approximately 22% of purchase price available for down payment + closing costs.

Another one for the books! Officially completed my Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation! This is an advanced estate planning designation specializing in helping business owners minimize tax liabilities on their assets and businesses for their estate!
