Carey is our Client Experience Lead and comes with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to customer service. Carey is a certified floral designer and spent many years helping brides with their perfect bouquet! Carey and her husband owned and operated Village Chocolatier in Oak Bay for 7 years! After raising their daughter, Carey worked in retail gaining valuable leadership and management experience.

As we enter back into routines and new routines it can feel like a bit of a bumpy road wondering where to start or maybe you’re already on top of it and crushing those goals. Wherever you’re at is the right place, try not to put that pressure on yourself to go full force at the beginning of the year. Progress happens over time.
