We are hiring!

Our ideal candidate has both personal and corporate tax prep experience, however we are willing to fill a personal and corporate tax prep role individually.

Experience with Profile tax software and Quickbooks (desktop and online) are considered assets when applying.

Personal tax role is a 2-3 month contract position that can renew annually.

Hiring preference given to those that apply via email as opposed to a service like Indeed. Preference is also given to those located in Haldimand County as we love boosting up our community and community members!

Start date - mid to end February.

Hourly rates based on experience.

To make sure we’re able to stay focused on production while still providing timely and thorough client support, we have set dedicated weekly call-back and message response times.

You can expect returned calls, texts, and emails during the following windows:

• Tuesday: 3:00 – 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00 – 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 4:30 – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

You’re welcome to contact us at any time — messages are logged and responded to during the next available response window.
