A young man once told his mentor,

"I feel stuck. I have a stable job, a routine, weekends off… but inside, I feel like I’m in a cage."

The mentor replied,

“Let me show you something. Take this bird, and place it in a cage with food and water. It will survive, but it will never fly. Now take the same bird and release it into the open sky, it may struggle at first, but eventually, it will soar higher than it ever imagined.”

The young man said,

“So are you saying my job is my cage?”

The mentor smiled,

“Not the job itself but the comfort of routine, the false security of a paycheck, and the fear of risk. These are the invisible chains that keep many from discovering their true potential.”

Then he added,

“You were not born just to pay bills and wait for weekends. Break free from the invisible prison of comfort. Build something of your own, create freedom, and choose a life where you don’t just survive you thrive.”

Don’t let comfort become your cage. Real freedom begins when you choose growth over routine.
