Must Have Requirement

5+ years of experience in security integration and authentication

Strong expertise in:

Authentication and authorization – 5+ years

CIAM concepts

Multi-factor authentication – 5+ years

Hands-on solution architecture and design experience

Java / Java-based technology experience

Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams

CIAM certificate ( Would consider candidates without certificate with strong experience)

Nice to Have:

CIRM Certificate

Banking industry

Building authentication

Management experience

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication

Ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders

Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach

Comfortable translating technical concepts into business language

Team-oriented and adaptable
