✈️ Hahnair on the ground in Southern Africa ✈️
Last week, our team took Hahnair's presence in the region to the next level, starting at the Aesata Conference in Zambia, co-hosted with Dalitso Zulu (KQ Zambia), bringing together 260 delegates, 24 countries, travel agents' association chairpersons and CEOs, government officials, airlines, and IATA representatives.
As a proud sponsor of the conference, Hahnair was recognized on stage, and our Vice President Agency Distribution, Kimberley Long was on a panel discussion, as well as having been seated among speakers, sponsors, and government officials throughout, a reflection of the strong relationships we continue to build across African travel markets.💜
Highlights from an unforgettable few days:
🎉 Candy serving as Master of Ceremonies throughout the conference and Day 1 sunset cruise.
🤝 A warm exchange with the former Minister of Tourism, Hon. Rodney Sikumba, who remembered Kimberley by name.
📸 Meeting the Permanent Secretary of Tourism, the Vice Chairperson of Tourism, TAAZ and AESATA boards.
From there, the momentum continued with client and partner meetings across Cape Town and Johannesburg, connecting with Sure Travel, XL Travel, Glyde, BidTravel Executive Team, Marco-CEO XL Travel Group, Flight Centre, AASA, Amadeus, Travelport, and Wings Travel.
