Job Announcement: Immediately needed for one of our clients in Egypt.

Highly experienced CMS Migration SME for a 12-month role in Egypt with a key bank to lead the end-2-end replacement of the client’s current platform. The candidate will support on planning, data migration, testing, cutover and post-go-live stabilization, ensuring a smooth, controlled transition with minimal operational disruption tasks .

The role will be a full-time job , 5 days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 am at the bank premises.

Requirements :

- Support the end-to-end migration from Card 400 to the new CMS, covering discovery, planning, data migration, testing, cutover, and stabilization.
- Coordinate cutover activities, go-/no-go decisions, and post-go-live hyper care.
- Design and execute migration strategy, including data mapping, validation, mock runs, and reconciliation.
- Manage integrations, dependencies, risks, and readiness across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT, end-to-end) and operational readiness.
- Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders, including status reporting and proactive issue resolution.

Mandatory Skills :

- 10–15 years of experience in cards technology and issuer processing.
- Proven experience leading large-scale CMS or card portfolio migrations.
- Strong, hands-on expertise with Card 400, with exposure to other CMS platforms.
- Deep understanding of the full card lifecycle, data migration techniques, reconciliation processes, and systems integrations.
- Experience with testing, cutover ex*****on, and production stabilization.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

 Strong understanding of the retail banking sector, with experience in launching customer-facing products.

 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
 Strategic mindset with analytical skills, able to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making.

Main Scope of Work:
