Hear me out - you’re not bad with money.
You may just never have been taught how to feel confident with it.
So many of us grow up learning how to earn money
BUT not how to manage it, talk about it, plan with it or feel calm around it.
And when nobody teaches you, it’s very easy to start telling yourself things like:
“I’m useless with money.”
“I’ll never be organised.”
“I just don’t understand finances.”
But those are not facts.
They’re learned beliefs — and they can be changed.
A few little things you can start doing today:
* Check your bank account without judging yourself
* Write down what’s coming in and what’s going out
* Choose one small savings goal rather than trying to fix everything at once
* Notice the phrases you use about money and gently challenge them
* Give yourself a regular 10-minute money check-in each week
Financial confidence isn’t about knowing everything.
It’s about feeling able to look at your finances, make a decision and trust yourself to take the next step.
That can be learned.
And if nobody has ever taught you differently before…
let’s change that. 🤍
With Love,
Rach xx
