Honestly this place …. The moment you walk up that path tranquility takes over your body .. and then you meet Joanne.. a clam soul whose only goal is to ensure you have the best experience of the day..I have now stated having my facials here , why would I want to sit in a waiting room of a salon when I can walk up this path see these alpacas and have Jo give me the best lumi facial # worth it ! give yourself the time you need for wellbeing .. you only have one life .. someone told me recently that relaxation is an activity .. and let me tell you a visit here is just that , can’t wait to be back in August for a spa too x ❤️❤️

⚠️ Quick scam warning – please share, especially with older relatives.

My 84-year-old mum had a phone call today from someone claiming to be from the bank saying £798 had been spent in Bradford on her account and asking if it was her.

She said no (she barely leaves the house as she’s caring for my stepdad).

They then said they could stop the payment but needed her bank card number.

Now my mum might be 84, but she’s still sharp enough to cut bread without a knife. She said:

"If you’re from the bank, you already know my card details… so why do I need to give them to you?"

They suddenly needed to “put her on hold”…She hung up and rang the bank directly.

✔️ Complete scam. She then rang her bank who confirmed the scam and praised her for being quick to notice ! Well done Viv ! 🥰

Just a reminder:• If someone calls claiming to be from your bank, don’t give them any details.• Let them say what they want, then tell them you’ll ring the bank back yourself.• Use the number on the back of your card.

Please warn your parents, grandparents and neighbours — these scammers are clearly hoping to catch someone off guard.

As 2025 comes to a close, I want to wish all my clients, colleagues, and connections a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

As I do each year, I’ll be donating to charity instead of sending cards this year’s donation will go to the Teenage Cancer Trust.

This year has been incredibly special becoming a proud grandparent to Jax Aubrey James, making one of the biggest professional decisions of my career by moving my business of 12 years to True Potential, and getting engaged in August to the most amazing man, with our wedding planned for Sicily in 2027.

The last eight months have brought long days and plenty of challenges, but your trust, support, and patience have meant everything. I already feel a renewed energy and a real sense of purpose in this new chapter, and I’m excited for what the future holds for all of us at True Potential.

To my clients still in the process of moving over we are working through each case as quickly as we can, and I will make it as smooth as possible for you.

What a year already, filled with so many changes and blessings. The arrival of our first grandchild, little Jax Aubrey James, has brought us more joy than we ever imagined. In business, the big move to True Potential has been a challenge with long hours and patient clients, but such a rewarding decision.

And then, just this week, memories to last a lifetime… a family holiday in Tuscany where my daughter got engaged on the steps of the Duomo in Florence, and in the heart of Lucca I had my own dream come true too. Italy truly is the country of love 💙 I’m so excited for what’s ahead — becoming mother of the bride and wife to my amazing fiancé,Antonio Torriero 🇮🇹💙

BIG Adventue !!

A New Chapter Begins…

In April this year, I made a bold and brave move — I chose to leave the St. James’s Place Wealth Management Partnership and transition my business onto the True Potential platform.

To say this was frightening would be an understatement, but it was equally exhilarating. Deep down, I knew my journey with SJP had come to a natural end. The culture and values of my business no longer felt aligned with theirs, and it was time to create something that felt true to me — and, most importantly, true to my clients.

Anyone who knows me knows that I’ve always run my business with honesty and integrity. Transparency could be my middle name (or as my mum would say — “you can’t hold your own pee!”). I might share a little too much at times, but that’s who I am. I believe my clients deserve nothing less than openness and trust.

Now, just three months in, I’m proud to say the majority of my clients have already moved across to the new platform. I’m incredibly excited about what the future holds — not just for me and my business, but for the wonderful clients who are joining me on this next chapter. I plan to be here, guiding and supporting them, for the next 10 years (at least!) before I hang up my boots and retire.

✨ One Month at True Potential – A Time of Growth, Gratitude, and New Beginnings ✨

Following on from my last post - I month anniversary 🥂

After what has probably been the busiest four weeks of my entire career, I wanted to take a moment to reflect.

Since moving to True Potential, I’ve been working flat out to ensure that all of my clients experience a smooth and stress-free transition to the new platform. And while I expected the process to be demanding, what I didn’t expect was just how emotionally rewarding this journey would be.

What’s truly humbled me is the unwavering loyalty and trust my clients have shown. In many of our conversations, as I explained my reasons for making the move, the response was overwhelming. Around 90% of my clients simply said, “If it’s not right for you, it’s not right for us — we’re coming with you.” That kind of loyalty is not just professional — it’s deeply personal.

When you’ve supported someone for 10, 15, even 25 years, you don’t always realise the role you play in their lives. But to know that I’m valued not just as their adviser, but as a person they trust — that means everything.

I genuinely believe this next chapter with True Potential is the one that will carry me through to the final stretch of my career — and what a great place to be. I expected innovation, technology, and efficiency. But what’s stood out most has been the personal support, kindness, and understanding from their admin and compliance teams. They’ve made sure this transition has felt supported every step of the way.

I just wanted to share a quick update. As many of you know, I recently transitioned from SJP to the True Potential platform. As you can imagine, it’s been an incredibly busy time ensuring that all of my clients experience the smoothest possible transition between platforms.

I always believed True Potential would be innovative and ahead of the curve when it comes to technology and processes—but what has truly stood out is the exceptional kindness and personal support I’ve received from their admin and compliance teams. Their help has been absolutely invaluable in supporting me and my business during this change.

To my wonderful clients currently in the process of moving over—you know who you are—thank you for your patience. I’m still here, working tirelessly behind the scenes. I’m also juggling a bit of everything at the moment—making time to see my lovely little grandson and navigating the joys (and challenges!) of the menopause. But rest assured, I’ll be in touch with each of you very soon.
