🎉 Welcome to the team!

We’re delighted to welcome Ella Manning to the team as our new Apprentice Financial Administrator.

Ella spent almost two years in property management, progressing from Junior Property Manager to Property Manager within just five months. She also has three years’ experience working at a golf club across a variety of roles, including catering, cleaning, bar work and supporting a golf coach with children’s lessons and summer camps.

She also completed work experience at the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero, where she worked within Grant Shapps’ private office and had the opportunity to visit No.10 Downing Street and the Houses of Parliament.

Outside of work, Ella is a keen golfer and previously played county-level golf for Sussex. She also loves travelling and exploring both the UK and Europe, having visited five countries over the past two years. 🌍⛳

We’re excited to have Ella on board and look forward to supporting her throughout her apprenticeship and development within the team.

How much do you really need to save for retirement?

Your retirement goals depend on factors such as:

• When you want to retire
• The lifestyle you hope to enjoy
• Your existing pensions and savings
• How much risk you're comfortable taking with your investments.

Starting early gives your money more time to benefit from compound growth, but it's just as important to have a plan suited to your lifestyle and retirement goals.

The value of your investment can go down as well as up. You could get back less than you invested.
