JRMA is a small team of accountants and bookkeepers with a broad experience of working within a variety of businesses. Since 2016, we have been slowly growing our team for the long-term. This 10-year milestone has made some of us realise which ways JRMA has improved, and the achievements along the way.

In the next 10 years, we’re hoping to expand our customer reach, and the team by developing our student training through the placement scheme with University of Worcester. For now, we will celebrate our small wins, and the team that Droitwich locals can depend on.

It’s been one whole month since JRMA’s 10th birthday, and a lot has happened:

- The team ate a lot of cake
- A team outting with bingo and golf
- Received surprise gifts from friends
- Judith ran the Worcester Marathon on the birthday
- Had a new logo designed, and put more effort into our branding

- Lastly, everyone reflected on the past 10 years and had a lot of meaningful things to say

We will continue to do our best, and even better as we grow these next few years.

JRMA is now 10 years old!

We worked with a graduate designer to create our new birthday logo we will represent for the year.

We always aim to support local, that includes helping young talent. Whether that’s recruiting a placement student every year or inviting graduates to help with our marketing.

Today in the office we started JRMA's 10th Anniversary celebration, in anticipation for the 13th.

We got out the decorations and cakes, in hopes to celebrate the 10 fantastic years of business with our team.

Our business cakes were absolutely amazing, Nicola at Cake-tastic Worcestershire really out did themselves. It was a delicious carrot cake and gluten free cupcakes to support, we all couldn't wait to try some.

Keep an eye out for posts of our celebrations, as we will be doing much more. 🎉
