Immensly proud that we celebrate Jupp Castle's 30th birthday over the coming weeks (a birthday ending in a zero deserves more than one special day!) 🎉

A lot has happened in 30 years...the world is a very different place. But just for fun, here's a look back at some key milestones - some nostalgic, some surprising and a reminder of just how much has changed since 1996.

📱 1996: Mobile phones were becoming more common — but texting was still in its infancy.

💻 1996: Google didn’t exist yet. Neither did Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube.

🎬 1996: Toy Story had just shown what computer animation could do and The Lion King was ruling the box office.

🎵 1996: The Spice Girls were about to tell us what they really, really wanted.

🖥️ 1997: The first generation of Wi-Fi technology was introduced.

🌐 Late 1990s: The internet moved from something relatively niche to something that would transform everyday life.

📸 2000s: Digital cameras and then camera phones changed how we captured and shared our lives.

📱 2007: The first iPhone arrived and smartphones began changing the way we communicate, work and live.

📺 2010s: Streaming transformed how we watch TV and films.

🚀 2020s: AI went from something that felt futuristic to becoming part of everyday conversations and working life.

🏰 2026: And here we are celebrating 30 years of Jupp Castle! 🎉
