I am delighted to announce this brand-new, currently that will combine with in a tranquil nature retrea5 center . It was the of Matthew Pecorella, founder and owner of the in West Babylon, NY, Matthew had to turn away more than 100 people, it is so popular! Since I am very interested in the scientifically-proven healing benefits of and the Arts, I am eager to participate and hopefully relax and inspire people with my voice. When I have taught vocal lessons, I frequently teach the correlation of yoga breathing and vocal breath support - deep and relaxed, helping to create a strong core of support. Amazing to inaugurate this brilliant new idea. Bravo Matthew!

I’m still trying to pin down exactly what I’ll be making for our degree show in June, it’s actually been keeping me up at night! Sad but true 😂

I’m pretty sure I want to push on with raku and alternative firing methods for example saggar, obvara, pit firing, smoke firing etc. so today I decided just to get on with testing those processes and stop working myself into a ball of stress!

These are my wheel thrown pieces that I did last week which I’m actually really pleased with considering I’ve always avoided the wheel. I’ve added some colour and surface texture to see how different processes react to colour and texture.

Four Possible Leadership Skills to Develop

Leadership isn’t a quality you either innately possess or lack; it’s the sum of eight skills you can develop over time.

Here are four characteristics that will help you become recognized as a leader.

Authenticity. Work to build self-awareness and put yourself in positions to highlight your strengths and improve your weaknesses.

Curiosity. Ask questions about what you don’t know. Think expansively and ambitiously. Present as someone who constantly wants to learn, explore, and innovate.

Analytical thinking. Leadership requires breaking down complex problems, identifying their root causes, and developing fresh solutions. Develop your analytical skills by focusing on cause-and-effect relationships and being attentive to patterns and trends.

Adaptability. Take on assignments and seek out experiences that demand flexibility. Push yourself to work in new environments with different kinds of people.
