Sleep Out is back! Delighted to be working with our Hays UKcharity partner End Youth Homelessness and hope that some of you will consider giving up your bed for just one night and helping on the mission to .

Before the pandemic, 121,000 young people, aged between 16-25 years asked for help with homelessness in the UK and we only expect that number to get worse.

Rising youth unemployment, strained family relationships and domestic violence made worse due to the lockdowns, an increase in young people calling for help with their mental health the most vulnerable young people really are facing a crisis. But there is hope.
With the right opportunities and support, homeless young people can turn their lives around and build successful futures. They just need a little help, the kind of help that End Youth Homelessness Member Charities provide. That's why on 12th November myself and many other Hays colleagues will be giving up our beds to raise the money and awareness needed to transform their lives.

As part of LinkedIn’s Grad’s Guide to Getting Hired, our CEO Alistair Cox has shared his advice for the class of 2021... ā€œRemember, your first job won’t be your last job. The idea of the job for life is no more. Your first job, or any of your subsequent jobs for that matter, don’t need to dictate your future career. They each offer you an opportunity to learn and develop who you are and what you are capable of.ā€

After more than a year of upheaval and uncertainty, the class of 2021 is preparing to take the first steps in their post-graduation career. More than perhaps ever before, the changes to the future of work are visible and happening rapidly, with the pandemic accelerating transitions that were already
