Landlords — is your property bookkeeping ready for Making Tax Digital (MTD)?
From April 2026, required landlords will need to:
• Keep digital records
• Use HMRC-approved software
• Submit quarterly updates
Tip: If you’re still using spreadsheets or piles of receipts, now’s the time to go digital. I can set you up on Sage (or similar software) and submit quarterly returns for you — no tech headaches, fully compliant.
