NRS Dounreay

We were pleased to welcome representatives from the French Embassy to our NRS Dounreay site recently. The visit included an overview of the site's decommissioning programme alongside tours of facilities including the Dounreay Fast Reactor, Prototype Fast Reactor and low level waste vaults. It forms part of a wider collaboration between the NDA group and French decommissioning and radioactive waste management organisations, through which we share knowledge, exchange experiences and learn from each other's approaches to tackling complex nuclear legacy challenges. 👏
