Parkside Payroll Ltd We are a Sheffield-based family run business offering Payroll and Budget Management Services.

We offer families a reliable simple payroll service which frees them from the worry of dealing with HMRC and keeping accurate records. With years of experience in working with families with disabled young people (and older relatives) receiving Direct Payments we know that they value the peace of mind a reliable, friendly and local business can provide. This then frees them to spend more time with

their family which is what they most need. We have learnt that being available to respond quickly to anxieties and payroll queries is a quality which is greatly appreciated as is having genuine understanding of individual families’ needs. We also offer a more comprehensive full Budget Management Service, where we take complete responsibility for all the finances, paying PAs, bills etc.

Office for Nation Statistics Annual Survey (ASHE)

A couple of families have received letters recently requiring them to complete this form and it has caused some concern as SCC weren't able to advise it was genuine - It is genuine and it is a legal requirement to complete it. It is a random exercise and I think we've only seen about 6 in 11 years!

But don't panic if you receive one, we can help you complete it. But please get in touch promptly.

Some of the information will be easy for you to complete but some will require payroll information which you are unlikely to have yourselves as it is on payslips and P60s handed to your PAs - Please call us and we will help you with this.

Royal Mail are changing their second class deliveries. This may affect when you receive your payslips and summaries.

​The new delivery pattern is a fortnightly one:

Week One: Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays
Week Two: Tuesday and Thursdays
There will be no Saturday delivery of second class mail

We have been sending out information about going paperless if you would rather.

​​Paternity and Unpaid Parental Pay

Changes from 6th April 26:

1. Employees are able to give notice for taking Paternity Leave from their first day of employment

2. Employees are able to give notice for taking unpaid parental leave from their first day of employment

3. Fathers/Partners can take Paternity Leave and Pay after Shared Parental Leave and Pay
