Most founders lose cash not because the business is broken, but because they cannot see what is coming 👀

No forecast means no control 🚫📊

You miss the warning signs ⚠️
You overspend without realising 💸
You plan for sales that never land ❌

Here is what we keep seeing:
❌ No rolling forecast - only looking a few weeks ahead
🎯 Overconfident sales forecasts
💥 Burn rate based on gut feel, not data

The fix is simple - it just needs consistency ✅
🗓️ Build a 12-month rolling forecast
🔁 Update it every month
📥 Track what is coming in
📤 Track what is going out
💼 Include staff, tax, software, subscriptions and annual bills
📉 Plan for three outcomes: low case, mid case and high case
✔️ Only count signed or high confidence revenue

You do not need to be an accountant to do this
You just need to stick with it 🔧
Without a forecast:
😬 You react instead of plan
⏰ You catch problems too late
📉 You stop making bold decisions
