We are very proud to have helped Black Cat Residential Property with their 2023 Landlords Forum last week. Wendy gave a fantastic talk about what's happening in the rental industry, and we gave a presentation about tax issues for landlords and property rental.

One topic which raised lots of questions with landlords was mortgage interest. There was confusion over whether it is still an allowable expense. Whilst there were changes to the calculations, it is most definitely still allowable!
