With profound grief and an aching heart, I share the devastating news of the sudden and untimely demise of my beloved Income Tax Guru, Padma Shri CA. T.N. Manoharan, who left us earlier today in Mumbai following a massive heart attack.
I was and remain deeply inspired by his unparalleled knowledge—being an ardent reader of his comprehensive books on Income Tax. His writings truly opened my path to the vast world of taxation, and without them, I might never have cleared my CA examinations. It was my privilege to have hosted him in our office 14 years ago—a memory I will cherish forever.
CA. Manoharan was more than just a towering figure in our profession; he was a statesman in the truest sense. His wisdom, humility, and unwavering integrity shaped countless Chartered Accountants and earned him admiration far beyond our borders. He was a remarkable ambassador of our profession and a beacon of ethical leadership.
His passing is an irreparable loss—not only to our fraternity but to the nation at large. As we mourn this colossal void, let us unite in prayer for his noble soul and extend our deepest condolences to his grieving family.
