1. International and Domestic Voice process

3. Currently we are hiring for Business Verification process which Semi Voice
4. Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients
5. Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
6. Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
7. Maintain good customer relations.
8. Rotational Shift
9. Hindi and English and any regionals languages
9. Qualification should be minimum PUC ( +12) with good communication and Any bachelor's degree
10. Salary Range from 2LPA to 6LPA
