Shadnagar: An Upcoming Residential Property Destination
Shadnagar is a small assembly constituency in the Mahabub Nagar district of Andhra Pradesh, and is located on the National Highway NH 7. Founded in the early 1900s, under the Nizam Mahboob Ali Khan, Shadnagar was initially known as ‘Janammapet’. It is located at a distance of about 50km from the center of the city and is about 36kmaway from Shamshabad International Airport. Recently, it was made a municipality.

As of now, the residential plots for sale in Shadnagar are in the range of Rs. 2058 to Rs. 2828 per square feet. Prices are expected to increase by 30% in a year.
