📌 Important Update Regarding Bank Websites

Kindly note that major Indian banks including State Bank of India, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and others are now shifting from “.com” to the more secure “.bank.in” domain.

This change is not for branding or marketing, but to protect customers from phishing and fake websites created with minor spelling variations such as:

sbi-onlline.com

hdfcbamk.co.in

axisbannk.net

Such fraudulent domains have previously resulted in significant financial losses for customers who unknowingly entered their login credentials.

To address this, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has directed banks to migrate to the exclusive “.bank.in” domain, which can be used only by verified, RBI-regulated banks, ensuring no scammers or fake portals can operate under it.

This is an important security measure aimed at safeguarding digital banking for millions of users.

Govt to Seal Loopholes in Forms (15CA| 15CB) to Stop Illegal Forex Transfer Abroad

The government is tightening rules to curb misuse of CA certificates in foreign remittances by plugging loopholes in Form 15CB and UDIN verification.

Key Problem
* Fraudsters edited CA-issued Form 15CB PDFs and used fake or duplicated UDINs.
- Banks often failed to verify certificates, enabling illegal forex transfers.

Scam Process
- Genuine forms were issued by CAs.
- Clients tampered with them via PDF editing.
- Banks accepted these falsified forms without proper UDIN checks, facilitating illegal transfers.

Government’s Measures
- Form 15CA will now be transmitted directly and electronically to banks.
- Real-time validation of UDINs made mandatory.
- Bank systems integrated with ICAI’s portal for seamless verification.
- Stronger digital checks to prevent fraud and duplication.

एक शहर में एक धनी व्यक्ति रहता था, उसके पास बहुत पैसा था और उसे इस बात पर बहुत घमंड भी था| एक बार किसी कारण से उसकी आँखों में इंफेक्शन हो गया|

आँखों में बुरी तरह जलन होती थी, वह डॉक्टर के पास गया लेकिन डॉक्टर उसकी इस बीमारी का इलाज नहीं कर पाया| सेठ के पास बहुत पैसा था उसने देश विदेश से बहुत सारे नीम- हकीम और डॉक्टर बुलाए| एक बड़े डॉक्टर ने बताया की आपकी आँखों में एलर्जी है| आपको कुछ दिन तक सिर्फ़ हरा रंग ही देखना होगा और कोई और रंग देखेंगे तो आपकी आँखों को परेशानी होगी|

अब क्या था, सेठ ने बड़े बड़े पेंटरों को बुलाया और पूरे महल को हरे रंग से रंगने के लिए कहा| वह बोला- मुझे हरे रंग से अलावा कोई और रंग दिखाई नहीं देना चाहिए मैं जहाँ से भी गुजरूँ, हर जगह हरा रंग कर दो|

इस काम में बहुत पैसा खर्च हो रहा था लेकिन फिर भी सेठ की नज़र किसी अलग रंग पर पड़ ही जाती थी क्यूंकी पूरे नगर को हरे रंग से रंगना को संभव ही नहीं था, सेठ दिन प्रतिदिन पेंट कराने के लिए पैसा खर्च करता जा रहा था|

वहीं शहर के एक सज्जन पुरुष गुजर रहा था उसने चारों तरफ हरा रंग देखकर लोगों से कारण पूछा| सारी बात सुनकर वह सेठ के पास गया और बोला सेठ जी आपको इतना पैसा खर्च करने की ज़रूरत नहीं है मेरे पास आपकी परेशानी का एक छोटा सा हल है.. आप हरा चश्मा क्यूँ नहीं खरीद लेते फिर सब कुछ हरा हो जाएगा|

सेठ की आँख खुली की खुली रह गयी उसके दिमाग़ में यह शानदार विचार आया ही नहीं वह बेकार में इतना पैसा खर्च किए जा रहा था|
