1. Hammer Should Be Formed at the Bottom of the Downtrend
2. The Low of the hammer candle should be the low of the downtrend.
3. Take entry Above the High (on a closing basis), and Stoploss should be the low of the hammer candle.
Target: 1:2 for intraday and capture a bigger target by trailing the stop loss.
