This one is really special to me. 🖤

Hauntings of the Silk Cotton Tree is officially published, and it feels surreal to finally share it.

This collection was inspired by Jamaican folklore, the stories I grew up hearing, and the fear, mystery, and meaning that can live inside cultural memory.

Writing this book challenged me creatively, but it also allowed me to honor something bigger than myself through storytelling.

I’m incredibly proud of this project and grateful to everyone who has supported me along the way.

In the pursuit of happiness, I realized that sometimes success means pivoting.

After years of grinding behind the chair and building my business from the ground up, (part-time, full-time, sometime)

I made the tough decision to press pause. Not because I failed—but because I’ve grown. The vision for my business has grown and I can only bring it to life by following this new path.

As I get older, peace, purpose, and stability mean more to me than hustle culture ever will. —a career in my field, doing meaningful work, and showing up for myself in ways that align with the woman I’m becoming.

It’s not always easy to start over or shift directions, but I’ve learned that trusting the process is part of the glow-up.

Here’s to betting on myself again—and winning in a different way.
