（吉隆坡26日讯）彭博智库分析研究中心指出，我国7月的获批房贷按年增长27%，加快的增速预示着房贷仍能录得增长，不至于暴跌。分析员表示，房贷是我国银行领域的主要业务，但大部分银行业者都因为房产交易值持续呆滞而受压。不过，获批房贷的步伐加速，显示出今年接下来的前景仍明朗。相比去年萎缩的表现，今年获批房贷增加，意味着住宅产业有显著的改善。早前，严谨的借贷条例和疲弱的消费者情绪，已经导致银行在发放贷款时退缩。虽然领域增长放缓，但最大消费者银行大众银行（PBBANK，1295，主板金融股），仍在住宅房贷，持续扩展市占率，刺激贷款增长表现。其他主宰大马零售贷款的大型银行，包括马银行（MAYBANK，11
