Lately, I’ve been talking with clients about retirement and life after work. One exercise is to write down the names of the friends they hope will be part of the second half of their lives, rate the relationship & if there are name appeared who you wish to strengthen relationship or improve the rating , have a action plan for it. A small initiative make a diffrence .

It reminded me that friendships are one of life’s greatest treasures.

Tonight, because one of our friends recently lost her father, a simple message was all it took for us to come together. Sometimes, we don’t need a special occasion—just a reason to be there for one another.
