When leaders are equipped with the right knowledge, they are better positioned to excel and achieve outstanding results. Leadership retreats provide valuable opportunities to reflect, learn, and discuss the critical principles that enable leaders to thrive and achieve all-round success.
Today, the executive committee of the Onitsha and District Society of ICAN had a productive Leadership Retreat. It was an enriching experience to learn from the past Chairman of the Awka and District Society, Mr Ezenwa Francis, whose wealth of experience and practical insights challenged us to think strategically about leadership and the responsibilities entrusted to us.
The session focused on the critical things we need to know and do to successfully achieve our goals and aspirations for the year. It was an inspiring, insightful, and impactful engagement that has further strengthened our commitment to serving the District with excellence, integrity, and purpose.
Our sincere appreciation to our Chairman, Anyanwu Maduforo Candice, FCA for prioritizing leadership development and creating this opportunity for the executive committee to learn, grow, and align our efforts towards a shared vision.
