For all Ukrainians working for and employer.

Many stories are told what happens when your employer terminates your contract. What is important to know is that Ukrainians with a sticker are not entitled to unemployment benefits after 26 weeks.

Some employers screen with the 26-week rule. If your employment contract ends then you can report to the municipality where you live and you will be reinstated in the applicable refugee schemes.

This scheme is valid until 4 March 2024 when, in theory, the temporary protection ends.
