What is a Book Building IPO?
Instead of a fixed IPO price, eligible institutional investors first submit bids within a price band. Based on the demand and bids received, the cut-off price is determined.
As per SEBON regulations, retail investors receive a 10% discount on the cut-off price. That means Time Pharmaceuticals' IPO will be available to the public at Rs. 450 per share.
Minimum application: 50 shares
