Payroll Superstar (with Bookkeeping Skills) Wanted! 💚

Are you someone who takes pride in getting things right the first time? Do you have an eye for detail, thrive on staying organised, and enjoy the satisfaction of processing payroll accurately and on time?

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you!

Gameplan Bookkeeping & Payroll is looking for an experienced Payroll Superstar to join our team.

📍 Christchurch | 15–20 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:

✔ Processing multiple payrolls each day for a variety of clients
✔ Assisting with bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
✔ Managing deadlines across multiple businesses
✔ Helping clients stay compliant and organised
✔ Working with a supportive, fun team that genuinely enjoys what we do

We’re looking for someone who:

⭐ Has payroll experience (essential)
⭐ Has bookkeeping experience (or is keen to grow their skills)
⭐ Has exceptional attention to detail
⭐ Can confidently multitask and manage multiple clients at once
⭐ Can prioritise competing deadlines and remain calm under pressure
⭐ Enjoys processing several payrolls each day with accuracy and efficiency
⭐ Is confident communicating with clients
⭐ Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems
⭐ Loves being part of a supportive team

What you’ll get:

💚 15–20 hours per week
💚 Our office is closed every Friday (yes, every Friday!)
