A midweek lunch and a bowling alley — sometimes that's all a team needs. 🎳

Last week, the Hammond Davidson crew traded spreadsheets and budgets for strike zones, heading out for a team lunch followed by a round (or two) of tenpin bowling.
The competition was genuine — a top-four playoff rounded out the afternoon, with Keriann taking the title and the bragging rights that come with it.

It's a good reminder that strong teams aren't built solely in the office. A bit of friendly rivalry and time away from the desk goes a long way.

EOFY Reminder for Sheep & Beef Farmers

As another financial year wraps up, make sure you’ve got an accurate record of all stock on hand as at 30 June.

Also keep in mind: if stock leave the farm before 30 June but you don’t get paid until July, those sales still count in your June 2025 accounts.

A simple stocktake now can save a heap of hassle later and keep your records spot on for the year ahead.

At Hammond Davidson Ltd, we’re looking for an Office/Administration Support person to join our team based from our Gore and Riversdale offices.

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, likes working with fun people, and wants to be part of a workplace where the days fly by, there’s always plenty happening and there’s no shortage of laughs along the way.

You’ll help with reception, phones, administration support, payroll and tax administration (experience beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided), and keeping the day-to-day running smoothly, with flexibility around the role for the right person.

We’re proud of our rural roots, our local communities and the team culture we’ve built across our offices.
