Hindi naman every week green — and that’s okay. Ang important is consistent tayo and focused on the long term.

🔴 RCR: -14.80%
🔴 MREIT: -5.35%
🔴 DMC: -18.32%
🔴 MBT: -9.43%
🟢 COSCO: +3.65%

One of the strongest performers this week is COSCO, while DMC remains one of the biggest laggards in the portfolio.

🔴 BPI PERA Equity Fund: -10.45%
